IGB zip folder contains unwanted folder hierarchy

          Description

          IGB.zip file contained an unnecessary folder structure when unzipped:
          "opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build/content"
          The file structure for the current live version of the IGB zip file (9.0.0) is "IGB/content"

                My testing confirms that the IGB zip folder now contains the expected folder heirarchy. The unzipped file is an "IGB folder" that contains no additional folders (expected) and contains the files seen in the attached screenshot (expected). The files contained in the zip folder seem to be functioning as expected and there seem to be no side effects related to this change. Since this issue is resolved, it will now be closed.
