Set up files on BioViz for upcoming release

          Description

          Create new directory for 9.0.1 files.
          Write script (documentation) to copy installers, etc from Bitbucket downloads section.
          Add to BioViz repo.
          Test & validate.

              Discovered that installers do not update properly due to incorrect code base setting codeBaseUrl in distribution/igb_7.install4j

              Other values also look wrong or requiring updates. Unclear how or if they affect the install process, however.
