fix build error

          Description

          There is a problem with the build. A merge from last month introduced an error that will not allow the code to build under the pipeline.

          To reproduce:

          1) Set up your fork to build IGB installers.
          2) For succinct instructions, see private repo (ask Dr. Loraine)

              The issue has passed first level review. There is no build failure on executing "mvn -Dtest=NibbleFileParserTest#testOriginal -DfailIfNoTests=false test".

              Moving it to ready for pull request.
