return IGB start screen image carousel to previous configuration

      Description

This is a good issue for a beginner.

The IGB start screen shows a carousel of images depicting different organisms. When users click an image, IGB then loads the latest genome version for that organism.

In 2016 (possibly 2015?) we changed the order of the images, moving the plant genomes further to the left side of the screen.

In this issue, you'll return the configuration of images to the previous order. In addition, you'll make a record of previous changes and how they were made.

      0) Search the IGB Developer's Guide. Locate and add links to content that describes how to edit the carousel image order. (Add them as comments to this issue.)

      1) Search Jira. Look for the issue requesting that original change to the carousel image order. Note that it might not exist! We were less disciplined about tracking issues in Jira back then! If you find it, link that issue to this one.

      2) Next, test your git skills by searching for the old commit that switched the order of images. Add a link to it as a comment in this issue.

Use what you learn to restore the old image order.

If you edit any .java files, insert a comment with this issue id. Also indicate the issue id in your commit messages. Make it even easier for other developers to change the image order in future.

Also note: the image order was changed multiple times in IGB's history, so make sure you are restoring the next-to-last order and not an earlier configuration.

After testing, it seems that the IGB carousel looks as it did in its previous state and IGB is functioning as expected, with no side-effects. Since this story is resolved, it will now be closed.

Change the carousel again to ensure that the human genome image (Mona Lisa painting) is in the center.

After testing, I can confirm that the IGB carousel is in the correct order: From left to right: Tomato (clipped), Rice, Blueberry, Arabidopsis, Human (Center), Mouse, Fruit Fly, Budding Yeast, Zebrafish (clipped). Selecting images results in the correct genome opening and there seem to be no side effects related to this change. Since this issue is resolved, it will now be closed.
